FOUNDATION SESSION
90 minute getting-to-know-you foundational session. We explore where you currently are in life, where you want to go and WHY. This session can be purchased as a stand alone meeting for the purpose of a creating a baseline strategy for your goals or to ensure that Quality of Life coaching is the best fit for you. If you know that you would like to proceed with coaching, purchasing a Tier package is recommended.

TIER ONE COACHING
Tier One is recommended for those who want to dip-their-toes into coaching and may be less sure of their needs, or it may be utilized as a top-off to previous coaching sessions. Tier One includes the following:

6 Coaching Sessions/50 minutes ea

TIER TWO COACHING
If you are READY to find & achieve results in your professional and personal goals, Tier Two Coaching is RECOMMENDED. Results will be most noticeable by participating in 12 consistent sessions. Tier Two includes the following:
